  This is definitely not a place you want to do business with. They installed a replacement gas fireplace unit in my condo and I have had nothing but trouble since. First of all the installer that put the fireplace in placed it too far forward in the box. When I called to ask for someone to come out and take a look at the unit. I was told that the problem was caused by having too many logs on the fire. The owner was quite rude and unwilling to come out and look at the job. This past spring I kept smelling gas when I walked by the fireplace. I had a gas leak that was investigated by the gas company. They said that it was caused by an improper valve being used by the Stove Place. The fitting was not correct and could have caused major problems. I found these folks to be difficult to deal with and they certainly do not stand behind their work.
